 Join renowned movement specialist Nancy Myers for an immersive Foot & Gait Retreat and Certification Program designed to deepen your understanding of foot function, gait mechanics, and their impact on posture, balance, and pain-free movement.

Over four days (May 5–8), this 16-hour course blends lecture, practical application, and hands-on learning. Participants will develop assessment skills, explore corrective strategies, and work through real case studies to confidently apply concepts in both personal practice and professional settings.

The program is held at the beautiful Casa del Arroyo, providing an inspiring and supportive learning environment. An optional May 9–11 retreat extension in Yelapa offers the opportunity to deepen and integrate the work in a stunning jungle-coastal paradise, surrounded by nature and community.
