Foot & Gait Therapy is an individualized program designed to improve posture, balance, and functional movement so you can live pain-free. Whether you’re recovering from surgery, healing from an injury, or simply want to move with ease—this method helps you achieve and maintain a high quality of life.
Your gait is the way you walk, and your feet form your dynamic base of support. Injuries, surgeries, and chronic pain can disrupt this natural pattern—leading to imbalances that strain joints, limit mobility, and cause persistent discomfort. Left unaddressed, these imbalances can become reinforced with every step you take.
Our approach, led by foot and gait specialist Nancy Myers and her team, follows a proven Release → Stabilize → Strengthen sequence. This process re-patterns movement for more efficient body mechanics, starting with awareness—the first step toward reducing pain and improving alignment.
We combine targeted exercises with specialized tools and techniques to help you:

Musculoskeletal pain can affect anyone at any age. Years of subtle misalignment, poor footwear, or hard surfaces underfoot can cause damage from the feet upward—impacting the knees, hips, spine, and even the neck and jaw. The average person takes about 10,000 steps a day, so small inefficiencies can lead to significant wear over time.
Rather than masking symptoms with pain medications, we address the root cause: posture and movement patterns. By improving core strength, joint mobility, and movement efficiency—whether walking, standing, or sitting—we help you move with freedom, strength, and balance for life.
